Who we are

Miki Holidays is a travel agency at No. 17/3, Stratford Avenue, Colombo 6, Sri Lanka. For anything about your details, email info@mikiholidays.com or call +94 11 260 8750.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through our enquiry form or Sri Lanka tour planner: your name, your email address or phone/WhatsApp number, and your trip details. Trip details can include where and when you’d like to travel, who is travelling (including children’s ages), your budget, the stays and interests you prefer, whether you need a translator, and anything you write in your message.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, plan and price your journey, and manage your booking if you go ahead. We don’t sell your details, and we don’t send you marketing unless you ask us to.

Who else handles it

Our website is hosted by Vercel, and enquiries reach our inbox through the email service Resend. Our website fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google sees your device’s IP address. If you book, we share what’s needed with the airlines, hotels and local partners who deliver your journey.

The Ask Miki assistant

Ask Miki gives ready-written answers from our tour information, inside your browser. Your questions aren’t sent to us unless you choose to pass them on in an enquiry.

Cookies and browser storage

We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser temporarily remembers the places you’ve picked and your Ask Miki conversation, and clears them when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry or booking, and to meet our legal and accounting duties.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the details we hold about you, correct them or delete them. Just email info@mikiholidays.com.
